Our Design Ethos
The Consultation Process
During our consultation, we’ll take a look at your inspiration photos and identify the common themes. What colour palette will we be working with? Is there a certain style/look you’d like to achieve? What atmosphere do you want your guests to experience? Are there any flowers or details that have sentimental value to you that you’d like to incorporate? Once we’ve fleshed out all the details, couples will receive a customized floral proposal to review and approve- this PDF bundle also doubles as a great design resource for you to reference back to when pulling together all your other wedding details.
I’ll also happily provide recommendations and resources that will help you curate your design elements when meeting with and considering your other vendors. Helping my clients through the design process of tailoring their wedding or event is my favourite part of working in this industry. Ask me all the questions!
Together, we can transcend your inspiration photos and create a customized cohesive plan for your florals that will not only look stunning for your guests, but will be remembered for being undeniably you. If you’re looking forward to a personal and curated design experience, or have any questions about the process or my services, head over to my Contact Page.
I’m so looking forward to chatting you!

Yes! Our rental inventory includes several beautiful centrepiece container options, unique vessels for larger statement pieces like pedestal bowls and large urns as well as a variety of stem vases: including collections of minimalist clear glass, eclectic amber glass as well as a selection of vintage & brass bud vases.
Your bouquets are delivered in rental glass cylinders and centrepiece arrangements will either come designed in a rental vessel of your choice or a simple ceramic vessel purchased for you to send home with your guests (this will be discussed during the consultation process).
All vases, glassware and vessels unless otherwise stated on your invoice are to be returned following your event.
Found a particular collection of vases you’d like to use from another rental vendor? No problem! We’ll arrange to have those dropped off ahead of your wedding so your flowers can be delivered in the vases you’ve chosen and you can make those returns after your event.

We’ve set-up weddings in Clear Lake, Hecla and even Kenora! If you’d love to have our flowers at your wedding then we’d love to get them there. If there are no scheduling conflicts, we’ll work out delivery and set-up logistics together to make it happen.

For weddings that include any larger scale floral pieces (a full arch, floral columns or hanging installation as a few examples) will often require teardown and will be included in your delivery/set-up fees. When we arrive at the end of the night we’ll completely disassemble the larger pieces and bundle any flowers that are still good for you to take home and compost/dispose of the rest.
Any rental bud vases that will be returning with us at the end of the night will also have their flowers emptied and bundle for you to take home. Otherwise, centrepiece containers can be returned in the 3 days following your event.
